Genuine vintage Sooty fabric! I came across this fabric when sorting out my granny’s house, and couldn’t resist turning it into bucket hats! 
It looks like a glazed cotton, so has a lovely soft sheen to it, and the hats are lovely and light and cool! 
Each hat is fully reversible, and you can see the lining fabrics in the photos.
